For parents: help at home with one button

When the TV, the router or the washing machine will not behave, someone you trust can look at it with you. You stay in your own home, and you do the pressing yourself.

This is all you do

  1. Press the big button

Your helper's phone rings, just like a normal call.

  2. Point your phone at the problem

Your helper now sees what you see.

  3. Follow the ring

A ring or an arrow appears on your screen, around the button to press. Large text tells you what to do, and your phone can read it aloud.

Calm and clear

  • Nothing to learn

There is one button to get help. No menus to get lost in and no password to remember.

  • Text you can read

Choose between three text sizes. Messages from your helper are large, and can be read aloud.

  • Practise first

Practice mode lets you try everything in peace, before you ever need it.

  • Guides to keep

After a call, the steps can be saved as a picture guide. Next time you can do it yourself, at your own pace.

  • Only your helper

Only a phone you have paired with can see your camera, and only after you have pressed the button or answered.

  • Your language

    Swedish, English, Norwegian or Danish.

A note to the family

Most parents do not want to be a bother, so they wait with the problem until your next visit. One button lowers that threshold. A five-minute call today is easier for everyone than a week without the TV.

Set it up together and make one practice call. See how it works.

Next time, skip the drive

Set it up once, while you are visiting. After that, help is one button away.
