When you write
It helps us answer quickly if you tell us:
- which phone you use, and whether it is the helper's phone or the other one
- what you did, and what happened instead of what you expected
- the version number, shown at the bottom of the app's start screen and in its settings
Please do not send passwords or codes by e-mail.
The phones will not pair
Make sure both phones are online. Ask for a new code on the helper's phone and enter it straight away, since a code only works for a short while. Check all nine digits.
No picture or no sound
HelpMom needs permission to use the camera and the microphone. On iPhone, open Settings, find HelpMom in the list of apps, and switch on Camera and Microphone.
The helper's phone does not ring
Check that notifications are allowed for HelpMom on the helper's iPhone, and that the phone is online. Then try one call while the app is open, to confirm that the two phones are still paired.
